What types of support services do you offer?

We offer individual, couples, and family counseling services tailored to meet your specific needs.m

How long are sessions?

Counseling sessions typically last 50 minutes.

Do you accept insurance for payment?

We are not contracted with any insurance companies, and are private pay only. Method of payment includes cash, zelle, venmo, credit card and HSA

What credentials, training and experience do you have?

Heather has her bachelor degree in psyclogy and holds her Masters in marriage and family. Likewise, Heather has a post graduate certifcate in addiction, as well as is a certified clinical trauma specialst. Heather has worked in the mental and behavioral health field for nearly a dedicade, and openned her private practice in 2022.

What ages do you work with?

Heather works with a wide age range including children, teens, young adults.
